This chapter will address five complementary parts, which together will show how to define a successful strategy to build responsible leadership and social responsibility at a business school (BS), and how this capacity can be used to create a stronger nexus with corporations, particularly to contribute to their competitiveness. The five parts that are included in this chapter are:(a) a brief introduction to BS history and the raison dêtre of BSs,(b) university social responsibility (USR);(c) strategies and processes to redefine the mission, vision, principles, values, and the role of business schools, incorporating responsible leadership, social responsibility, and sustainability;(d) strategies and processes for prioritizing and implementing research and outreach to complement the academic programs and their impact on business and society; and (e) strategies and processes for designing and implementing advocacy, media, and change programs that seek to accelerate and deepen change in association with responsible leadership, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainability at BSs, and
