The dairy farm in recent years has undergone a number of substantial changes, due to price fluctuations in sector holdings which have had to adapt. To support this new situation of costs and revenues, you need to have a broad knowledge of the income of the farm , to detect which are the variables that most affect us locate it and once a detailed study of them and thus have as optimized as possible account . Analyzing the income of dairy farms, which are intended to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to characterize the same power and influence over them. Then compare these results with the technical efficiency of the operation, to determine, as influences farm management, as measured by technical efficiency, with the income statement, characterized by indicators of expenditure and income. From the study of a representative sample of dairy farms of Galicia randomly selected is intended to determine which parameters characterize economic holdings more efficient technique.
